Jimmy Wayne Performs at Congressional Briefing on Foster Youth

Representative Geoff Davis, Representative Dennis Cardoza, First Focus and the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children held a Congressional Briefing with country singer Jimmy Wayne on resources available for states to help foster children build successful adult lives. 

A former foster youth, Jimmy Wayne performed and spoke to raise awareness for foster youth who "age out" of child welfare with nowhere to go.
