Co-Chair Rep. Karen Bass Recognizes May as National Foster Care Month

U.S. Rep. Karen Bass spoke on the house floor to recognize May as National Foster Care Month and entourage her colleagues to help in bring awareness to the more than 420,000 youth in foster care.
